One of the most embarrassing things I’ve done publicly was during a school presentation. I was really confident going in, but when I started speaking, I accidentally mixed up my notes and read from the wrong section. I completely lost my train of thought and ended up saying something totally unrelated to my topic. The entire class burst out laughing, and I turned beet red.
