For those who fell ill right before their wedding day—perhaps with the flu or something similar—what was your experience like?
It’s definitely a stressful situation when someone falls ill right before a wedding! For me, it was a mix of worry and determination. The days leading up to the big event were filled with lots of rest, fluids, and over-the-counter remedies. I made sure to keep stress levels low, and our bridal party stepped up to help with last-minute tasks. On the wedding day, thankfully, I powered through the ceremony with a smile, though I did have to take it easy during the reception. Ultimately, it became a memorable experience to look back on—after all, love and support got us through! How about you? Did you experience something similar?
