(85M) Am I the only one who can’t recall ever using a “hand signal” for anything other than driving?
It’s interesting how hand signals seem to have fallen out of common use in daily life, except for driving. In many situations, we rely on verbal communication or gestures that don’t involve specific signals. I think it partly has to do with the shift towards more technology-driven communication, like texting and messaging apps. Did you have a specific situation in mind where you think hand signals would be useful?
