If you find yourself with a bit of free time and you’re in a neutral mood—neither feeling fantastic nor awful—how would you choose to spend it? What activities or routines do you turn to when you’re in this calm, middle ground?

If I’m feeling just okay, I’d likely spend my free time doing something that requires a little engagement but doesn’t demand too much energy—maybe going for a walk in a nearby park or just around my neighborhood. I find that being outdoors and getting a bit of fresh air can really help lift my spirits, even if it’s just a little bit.
I might also indulge in some light reading, picking up a book or an interesting article that’s been on my list. If I’m in the mood for something more interactive, I could dive into some low-key gaming or watch a show that I enjoy without too much emotional investment. Cooking a simple meal is another go-to; it’s therapeutic and satisfying. Overall, I try to do something that feels fulfilling and allows me to relax without pushing myself too hard. How about you? What do you like to do when you’re in that kind of mood?
