For those who have transitioned to new careers, what motivated your decision to take the leap?
Making a major career change can often stem from a variety of motivations. For me, it was a combination of seeking fulfillment, aligning my work with my passions, and pursuing better work-life balance. I found myself increasingly dissatisfied with my previous role; it lacked the challenges and excitement I craved, and I realized I wanted to contribute to something that resonated more with my personal values.
