One moment that truly felt surreal for me was when I unexpectedly ran into a childhood friend I hadn’t seen in over a decade while traveling abroad. We had lost touch after high school, and both lived in completely different parts of the world. We were both exploring a local market in a small town, and at first, I thought I was imagining things when I spotted him across the street.
The moment we recognized each other was filled with disbelief and excitement. We couldn’t stop laughing and reminiscing about our past adventures. It felt like a scene straight out of a movie—two old friends connecting in the most unlikely place. That chance encounter turned into an unforgettable day filled with stories and memories, reminding me of the unexpected twists life can take.
