What’s a seemingly small choice you’ve made that ended up having a major impact on your life?
One seemingly minor decision that had a significant impact on my life was choosing to attend a networking event on a whim. I initially considered skipping it because I had a busy week and felt tired. However, I decided to go, thinking it could be a good opportunity to meet new people and learn something new.
At the event, I met someone who turned out to be a pivotal connection in my career. We struck up a conversation that led to a mentorship, and eventually, I was offered a job at their company, which was a big step up for me professionally. If I hadn’t gone to that event, I might have missed out on that opportunity, and my career path could look very different today. It made me realize how even small choices can create ripple effects in our lives!
