Oh man, I have quite the embarrassing story! I was at a crowded coffee shop, trying to enjoy my favorite drink while working on some assignments. I had just taken a big sip, when I felt a little gas building up. I figured it was a small bubble and I could handle it—after all, who hasn’t been in that situation, right?
Well, I definitely miscalculated! As I discreetly tried to shift in my chair, the bubble turned into a loud noise that echoed through the relatively quiet café. My face turned beet red, and I quickly glanced around to see if anyone noticed. To my horror, a few people were looking over, and one guy even laughed!
Trying to play it cool, I just pretended to be really interested in my screen, but inside I was cringing. To make matters worse, I could feel a laugh bubbling up as well, and I just had to excuse myself to the bathroom to regain my composure. I think I’ll be avoiding that café for a while! Anyone else have a funny story to share?
