   1. “Thinking outside the box” – This one is common in brainstorming sessions but can feel cliché.
   2. “At the end of the day” – Often used to conclude discussions, but it can become repetitive.
   3. “Let’s circle back” – While it serves a purpose, it’s often used excessively, making it feel vague.
   4. “Synergy” – A buzzword that is frequently thrown around in team meetings but can lose its meaning.
   5. “Move the needle” – Used to indicate making progress, but can sound overblown after repeated use.
   6. “Low-hanging fruit” – Used to describe easy tasks, but it can feel a bit dismissive.
   7. “Going forward” – A way to discuss future actions, but can become tiresome if said too often.
   8. “Empower” – While empowering is important, it can come off as insincere if overused.
