When I’m upset, a few things help calm me down. Taking a few deep breaths or practicing mindfulness can really center my thoughts. I also find that going for a walk in nature or listening to calming music can be very soothing. Connecting with a friend or writing in a journal helps me process my feelings, too. What about you?
