Tattoo artists, what’s the most regrettable tattoo request you’ve received from a client?
As a tattoo artist, I’ve seen my fair share of unique requests! One that stands out was a client who wanted an intricate design of a cat wearing sunglasses, riding a unicorn, while shooting lasers from its eyes. It was quite the challenge to fit all those elements together! Another memorable one was a request for a misspelled quote that the client was adamant about keeping just because it had “character.” It’s always interesting to see what people want, but I always make sure to advise them on how it will age and the potential regrets down the line.
