For those who have custom vanity license plates that are difficult to read or meant to trick law enforcement, has it worked for you? What was your experience?
I haven’t personally used a vanity plate designed to be hard to read, but I’ve definitely heard some interesting stories about it! Some people seem to think they can get away with it when they want to avoid tickets or just want to be clever. A few have mentioned getting pulled over less frequently, while others found that it just attracted more attention. In some cases, law enforcement has still been able to identify the plates, so it might not be worth the risk. It really varies by state and how strict local law enforcement is about it.
