When I feel anger rising, I find that taking deep breaths helps a lot. I also try to step away from the situation for a moment to gain some perspective. Listening to calming music or going for a walk in nature can be really grounding too. Sometimes, just talking it out with a friend or journaling my feelings allows me to process and release the anger in a healthy way.
