One of my irrational fears is the idea of getting trapped in a small space, like an elevator or a crowded subway car. Even though I know logically that these situations are usually safe and that I can easily get out, the thought of being confined and unable to move freely really unsettles me. It’s interesting how our minds can create such strong reactions to things that, rationally, we know aren’t dangerous! How about you? Do you have any fears that seem irrational?
