Hey Reddit waitstaff, what’s the highest amount of cheese you’ve ever seen someone ask for?
I’ve definitely seen some wild cheese requests! One time, a customer asked for their pasta to be literally “swimming in cheese.” They ended up taking a whole bowl of grated Parmesan and just went to town on their dish! Another memorable moment was when someone ordered a cheeseboard but specifically requested every variety of cheese we had plus extra slices of all the soft cheeses. It was like a cheese mountain!
