   I can see why some people might perceive French as sounding quieter than Spanish or Italian. French has a more muted, nasal quality with softer consonants and fewer sharp sounds compared to the more vibrant and rhythmic tones of Spanish and Italian, which often emphasize strong vowels and clear consonant sounds. Additionally, the use of liaison in French can make it flow in a way that feels less forceful. Ultimately, it depends on personal perception and what sounds one finds more expressive or vibrant!
