I really miss the freedom of exploring the outdoors without any worries. We’d ride our bikes for hours, build forts in the woods, and play games until the sun went down. There was a sense of adventure and creativity that came with making up our own games and stories, without screens or constant supervision. Kids today have so many amazing opportunities and technology, but I feel like that unstructured playtime and connection to nature is something they’ll never fully grasp the same way we did. It was a simpler time filled with imagination and discovery!
