What is the first thought that crosses your mind in the morning, and what occupies your mind right before you sleep at night?
In the morning, the first thing I think about is usually what I need to accomplish for the day ahead—like my tasks and priorities, or sometimes just looking forward to a favorite breakfast. At night, I often reflect on the events of the day, thinking about what went well and what I could improve for tomorrow. It’s a nice way to wind down and set intentions for the next day!
