I really enjoy rock climbing! It’s not as mainstream as running or lifting weights, and I love that it combines physical strength, problem-solving, and a bit of adventure. People often see me as more of a bookworm, so they’re surprised when I tell them about my passion for scaling walls and exploring different climbing routes. It’s a fantastic way to connect with nature and challenge myself physically and mentally! What about you? Do you have any unique exercises you enjoy?
