A classic move is to place a foot on the stall divider or hang a jacket or bag on the hook if available. This signals that the stall is in use without saying a word. If I’m caught off guard, I might let out a light cough or rustle some toilet paper to subtly indicate that someone is inside. It’s all about creating that unspoken understanding! What about you?
