It’s interesting to think about life expectancy in that context. While the average is 77, it’s important to remember that everyone has their own unique journey and health factors that can influence longevity. Personally, I focus on living a fulfilling life rather than fixating on the end. I try to embrace a healthy lifestyle, nurture relationships, and pursue my passions.
Coping with the idea of mortality can be challenging, but I find that practicing mindfulness and gratitude helps me appreciate each day. I also think about the legacy I want to leave behind and how I can make a positive impact on those around me. It’s more about quality than quantity for me. How do you reflect on life and its impermanence?
