   I agree with the sentiment that culture should be shared, not gatekept. Cultures thrive when they are exchanged and explored, fostering understanding and appreciation among diverse groups. Sharing culture can lead to richer experiences, creativity, and collaboration, enabling us to learn from one another’s traditions, arts, and histories.

   Gatekeeping culture can lead to exclusion and a lack of representation, where only a select few determine who can participate in or benefit from cultural practices. This can stifle innovation and the evolution of culture itself. By sharing culture, we can celebrate our differences while also finding common ground, ultimately enriching our communities and promoting inclusivity.
