One challenge that many elderly folks face is the feeling of isolation. As we age, friends and loved ones may pass away or become less mobile, making social connections harder to maintain. We often have to adapt to new ways of communicating and engaging with others, which can be frustrating. Young people might see us as simply being out of touch, but it’s important to realize that we still crave connection and companionship just as much as anyone else. A little patience and understanding can go a long way in bridging the generational gap!
