Attention fast food workers: What’s the most outrageous thing you’ve witnessed a customer do?
One of the worst things I’ve seen was a customer who completely lost their temper when their order was wrong. They not only swore and yelled at the staff but also threw their drink across the counter, splattering soft drinks everywhere. It was really unsettling to see how they treated the workers, who were just trying to help. Fortunately, my coworkers managed to stay calm and resolve the situation, but it definitely put a damper on the day!
