I totally get that feeling! When I’m not sleeping, I try to make my awake hours as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible. Here are a few things I do:

Stay Active: I incorporate physical activity into my day, whether it’s a short walk, a workout session, or even dancing around my living room. It helps boost my mood and energy levels.

Social Connections: I prioritize connecting with friends and family, whether through a quick chat or planning outings. It really helps lift my spirits.
