Finding a balance between competitiveness and self-care can be challenging, but it’s crucial for long-term success and well-being. Here are a few strategies that have worked for me:
Set Realistic Goals: Instead of aiming for perfection, focus on setting achievable goals that allow for progress. Celebrate small wins along the way to help maintain motivation without burning out.
