Since body language makes up about 70%-80% of our communication, what’s one of the most hurtful nonverbal insults you’ve experienced?
One of the worst nonverbal insults I’ve encountered was during a meeting where a colleague rolled their eyes and smirked while I was presenting an idea. The eye roll felt dismissive and made it clear they didn’t respect my point of view, which completely undermined my confidence. It’s amazing how a simple gesture can convey such a strong message!
