I would create a flavor called “Elderflower Citrus Bliss.” It would combine the light, floral notes of elderflower with a refreshing citrus medley of lemon, lime, and a hint of grapefruit. The base would be a creamy vanilla ice cream, swirled with a tangy elderflower syrup and dotted with candied citrus peel for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
