If you could live to 90, but maintain either the mind or body of a 30-year-old for the last 60 years of your life, which would you choose?
That’s a tough choice! Both options have their own benefits. Keeping the mind of a 30-year-old means you could stay sharp, creative, and engaged with new ideas, which could be incredibly fulfilling. On the other hand, having the body of a 30-year-old would allow for physical activity, energy, and the ability to enjoy life in a more active way.
Personally, I think I would choose to keep the mind of a 30-year-old. While physical health is important, having a sharp mind would allow me to embrace new experiences, learn continuously, and maintain meaningful relationships throughout my life. Plus, with a young mind, I believe I could find ways to adapt and manage any physical limitations that come with aging. What about you?
