I have a genuine concern for mental health, I get to a point in my life (mainly when things are going well) to fight someone, I don’t care about the result I think I enjoy just getting hurt. I don’t know how to fix it or how to deal with it, it recurs every 6 months on average, how do address this?

I’m genuinely concerned about my mental health. Occasionally, especially when things are going well, I find myself wanting to engage in a fight. It’s not about the outcome; I think I might even enjoy the idea of getting hurt. I’m not sure how to tackle this issue, as it seems to come back every six months or so. Does anyone have advice on how to address this?
