Why do some people enter businesses just before closing and insist on lingering long after? What’s the reasoning behind that?
It’s definitely frustrating when people disregard closing times! Sometimes, it seems like they might not realize how late it is or might feel rushed and want to finish their shopping or transactions. Others might be in a hurry and try to squeeze in their needs at the last minute. Regardless, it would be great if more folks respected closing times and understood the impact on staff who have been working all day and are ready to wrap up.
