   Working night shifts can definitely lead to some eerie experiences! Here are a few common types of 3AM horror stories from night shift workers:

   1. The Unexplained Noises: Many night shift workers report hearing strange sounds in the quiet hours, like footsteps echoing when no one is around, or sudden bangs that can’t be explained. It’s always unsettling to be the only one in a building and hear noises that seem to come from nowhere.

   2. The Shadow Figure: Some have described moments when they felt like they were being watched. They would catch a glimpse of a shadowy figure out of the corner of their eye, only to turn and find nothing there. The unsettling feeling lingers long after the shift ends.

   3. The Phone Call from the Past: There are stories of night shift workers receiving calls from strange numbers at odd hours. Sometimes the caller just breathes heavily, or the line goes silent. Others have received calls from numbers of coworkers who have long since left the job—sometimes even those who have passed away. It leaves them feeling haunted and questioning the nature of reality.
