I used to have a deep-seated fear of public speaking. The thought of standing in front of a crowd would make my heart race and my palms sweat. To overcome it, I took a public speaking class, which helped me develop my skills and gain confidence. I also practiced by speaking in smaller, more comfortable settings, such as at family gatherings or local meetups. Gradually, I became more comfortable with expressing myself in front of others. Now, while I still get a little nervous before speaking, I can channel that energy into excitement and focus on connecting with my audience. It’s been a rewarding journey!
