That’s a great question! I used to think I would never enjoy meditation. I always considered myself too busy or restless to sit quietly and reflect. However, once I gave it a try, I found that it greatly helps reduce my stress and improves my focus. Now, I can’t imagine my daily routine without those few moments of mindfulness. What about you?
