My current screen time on my mobile phone is around 4 hours a day, while my laptop usage averages about 6 hours. I’d ideally like to reduce my mobile phone screen time to about 2 hours a day, mainly to focus more on in-person interactions and hobbies. For my laptop, I’d want to keep it at around 4 hours, but make those hours more productive, using tools and strategies to manage my time better. How about you? What are your goals for screen time?
