What was the one factor that caused you to shift to the opposite side of the political spectrum?
It was a combination of personal experiences and exposure to different perspectives that shifted my views. I had a conversation with someone who challenged my beliefs in a respectful way, encouraging me to examine the underlying values and consequences of certain policies I supported. Additionally, witnessing the impact of specific policies on real people’s lives, especially in areas like healthcare and education, opened my eyes to alternative approaches that I hadn’t considered before.
