Share a time when someone you initially underestimated ended up impressing you in a positive way.
One moment that stands out for me was when I was working on a group project in college. I didn’t think much of one of my teammates, who seemed quiet and kept to herself. I assumed she wouldn’t contribute much. However, as we got deeper into the project, she brought in some incredibly creative ideas and had a knack for organizing our research and presenting it clearly. Not only did she elevate the quality of our work, but she also took the lead during our presentation and communicated our ideas with confidence. It was a great reminder that everyone has unique strengths, and sometimes those who seem quiet can have the most impactful contributions.
