I can definitely relate to that feeling. There are so many moments and experiences that seem trivial to others, but carry a heavy weight for us personally. For instance, dealing with a breakup that seemed minor compared to larger life events, but it still felt like my world was crumbling. Sometimes it’s the little things like losing a job that felt like a dead-end, or facing criticism for a project I poured my heart into—those moments can be painful even if they don’t seem significant on a larger scale. I think it’s important to acknowledge those feelings, even if they seem small, because they can still have a big impact on our emotional well-being. It’s okay to feel hurt about what matters to us, regardless of how it appears to others.
