This is such an interesting question! I can think of a few things that fit that description. For instance, when I first started running, I absolutely dreaded it. The idea of getting up early and pushing myself physically was exhausting. However, after a few weeks, I began to love the sense of accomplishment and the mental clarity it brought me.
