One of my rational fears that others might find irrational is my fear of flying. Statistically, flying is one of the safest modes of transportation, but the thought of being up thousands of feet in the air, in a metal tube, with limited control and the potential for technical malfunctions can be really daunting for me. I’ve done a lot of research on flight safety, turbulence, and emergency procedures, yet the fear still lingers. I know it’s a common anxiety, but to some, it seems unfounded given the safety statistics. How about you? What fear do you have that others might see as irrational?
