Many of us have experienced relationships that, upon reflection, were quite harmful. Whether they were toxic or simply destined to fail from the beginning, these experiences can leave a lasting impression. What’s the worst relationship you’ve ever had?

It’s tough to reflect on those past relationships, but they can teach us a lot about ourselves and what we value. My worst relationship was with someone who constantly criticized me and made me feel like I was never enough. It started off great, but over time, their negativity took a toll on my self-esteem. I finally realized that love shouldn’t feel like a burden. It took a while, but breaking free from that cycle helped me discover what a healthy relationship truly looks like. It’s empowering to learn from those experiences! How about you? What did you take away from your worst relationship?
