It’s completely normal to feel nostalgic or a bit melancholy when thinking about past milestones like Y2K. Time moves so quickly, and it can really bring up a lot of memories and feelings. When I start to feel overwhelmed by those thoughts, I find that engaging in a favorite hobby, spending time with friends or family, or even just taking a walk in nature helps ground me. Music and meditation can also be great for redirecting energy. What about you? Are there specific things you do to lift your spirits?
