I think it’s really common for many of us to be hard on ourselves at times. A lot of it can stem from societal pressures, high expectations we set for ourselves, or even past experiences that shape how we view our achievements and failures.
If I do find myself being overly critical, I try to remind myself to focus on progress rather than perfection. Celebrating small wins and practicing self-compassion can really help me maintain a more balanced perspective. Additionally, talking things out with friends or journaling can provide clarity and help me see things from a different angle.
