I can definitely understand why some people might feel more comfortable discussing their problems with a stranger. Talking to a stranger can provide a sense of anonymity and perceived detachment, which might make it easier to open up about sensitive issues without fear of judgment or repercussions. There’s also the potential for a fresh perspective, as a stranger won’t have preconceived notions about who you are or your situation.
On the other hand, friends and family often have a deeper understanding of our backgrounds and emotions, which can lead to more tailored support. Ultimately, it really depends on the individual and their comfort level with the person they’re talking to. Do you have any personal experiences that influence your perspective on this?
