I would create a conspiracy theory that all the pens in the world are secretly plotting to go missing whenever we need them most. The theory would suggest that they communicate through some kind of pen network, organizing their disappearances during important moments—like meetings, exams, or when we’re trying to jot down a brilliant idea. People would start to carry multiple pens but still find themselves pen-less, leading to wild ideas about how pens have become sentient and are rebelling against their human owners. It would be a hilariously mundane explanation for the universal truth that pens seem to vanish at the worst times!
