If you had the opportunity to meet any author, past or present, who would it be and what questions would you want to ask them?
I would love to meet Jane Austen. I’d ask her about her writing process and how she crafted such intricate characters and social commentary with such wit and subtlety. I’d also be curious to know her thoughts on how her work has been received and adapted over the years, and if she ever imagined her stories would resonate so deeply with readers today. What about you? Who would you choose?
