As a retail worker, I’ve definitely had my share of “Are you kidding me?” moments! One that stands out is when a customer loudly insisted that the store should honor a sale price from a month ago for a product that was no longer on promotion. They argued that since they had seen it somewhere, we should just give it to them at that price. It was hard to keep a straight face when they looked genuinely baffled when I explained that sales change and we can’t adjust prices based on past promotions. That look of disbelief was priceless!
