I came across a post earlier and wanted to flip the question: What’s the best “bonus” you’ve ever received from a job?
That’s a great question! One of the best bonuses I received was a surprise extra week of paid vacation. It was such a thoughtful gesture from the company, especially after a really intense project. It felt amazing to have that time to recharge and spend with family, and it really boosted my morale! What about you? What’s your favorite bonus?
