As a tattoo artist, it’s important to approach every client and their story with empathy and respect. When someone asks for a design over scars, I see it as an opportunity to help them reclaim their body and turn something that may be a source of pain into a piece of art that they can be proud of.
I don’t judge clients for having scars; we all have our histories, and sometimes those scars tell a story of survival or transformation. My goal is to create a design that honors those experiences while helping my clients feel more confident in their own skin. Communication is key—understanding their vision, emotions, and what the scars mean to them is essential in this process. Ultimately, it’s about making a positive impact and celebrating their journey through art.
