As a Tesla sales person, the morale at our dealership is mixed but generally seems to be leaning towards a more positive outlook. There are certainly some challenges we face, like the ongoing changes to sales strategies and inventory fluctuations, which can create uncertainty.
Some individuals have left for other opportunities, often seeking roles with clearer career advancement paths or more consistent hours. However, many of us choose to stick it out due to our passion for the brand and the mission of sustainable energy. The sense of camaraderie among the team helps, as we all share a commitment to Tesla’s vision.
At our specific dealership, we’re focusing on building strong relationships with customers and improving our service experience, which has helped bolster the overall team spirit. Regular team meetings and open communication with management have also been key in maintaining morale.
It’s definitely a unique environment, and while there are challenges, there are also many reasons to stay and grow with the company.
